Taco Bell, San Antonio, Texas, Mexican Restaurant Details

This place is so discusting. Discusting as in customer service. All the managers there are rude. If they get any order wrong they blame it on the customer not ordering it right. They act like its the end of the world and sometimes it even takes me 20 to 30 minutes to get my food

Every time I go here they mess up my order. Wish there was a closer Taco bell. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Horrible. Went by. Waited at the drive thru for over 20minutes. One car left till my turn and i noticed the drive thru cashier was sitting against the window giggling as if there wasn't a big line as is. Got to the drive thru window and the cashier explained computers were down... noticed an employee sitting on a prep table on his cell phone.

I work at Chick-fil-A and i hate how people expect so much service and hospitality.Yet when i go to this place, its the worst place to wait in line for. Yet i still wait for da Tacos:p
Expect a 25min wait in drive thru thankz to John!

The manger at the time was so bad ( his name is Max)... His attitude was over the moon. I had a simple request change my shredded chicken to grill chicken, at first he sad no and when I said i buy burrito like this all the time then he gave me a look like Its a sin to talk back not only that he said it will be extra... I have never been charged for that substituting, they use to grill now they come in shredded form, I just didn't understand why he was so angry at me. I wish I could talk to general manager at that time or some one higher than him. Once I found out what's his full name I will defintly reporting him to corporate. This is no way to treat a customer. I left my order in middle and went to Popeyes.
