I hate this restaurant. Every time I go there is a problem with my order. I do not trust the staff either. I made a complaint once about my order, they took it back it but went to the back away from view. I didn't trust them, they had that vibe. So I left, no tacos! Keep them..

Food:

This place is slow. They do not embody any food business ethics at all. My family went through the drive through and ordered three XL Burritos. If you advertise a XL Steak burrito, then you have to put more than one 1/4" square of steak in the thing. They are $6 a piece for them. Out of all of our burritos, we each can account for approximately four 1/4" squares of steak all together. Thanks for your consistency in having the worst fast food practices, on Bandera rd. My family and I will not be back.

I came in for lunch and watched two customers who came in minutes after me receive their food before me. Waited for twenty minutes and I was so upset I left without my food or money. I will never be going back!!!!!!!

Today I stop by Taco Bell, it was so clean and spotless you could probably eat off the floor. Now this restaurant has had its share of management changes. But the new manager Mike has done an excellent job. He keeps the restaurant clean, the employees are clean, polite and professional. His assistant manager Ruby has done an excellent job too. I believe with Mike, Ruby and their staff continue to provide fast, high quality, cleanliness of the dining area, customer will stay happy. They definitely have my business. And I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Kudos Mike & Ruby! For a job well done!

I came in for Happy Hour and was charged regular price for the loaded grillers and medium drink I ordered. The food came out okay, but I'm still not happy that I was overcharged for these items. I wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell. They don't do well with the pricing.
