Waited 25 mins and got it wrong. ..never again

I went at 10P.M. through the drive through and they told me they were closed when they obviously weren't. I could hear them saying "no, don't take her order. just say that we're closed" they close at 11 and as soon as I pulled out of the drive through I saw people leaving with their orders. tried to go inside but they saw me and started putting chairs up. when I got back in my car to exit the lot they had taken the chairs back down and were sitting down with their phones.WTF

Just went in for 3 to go cups with tenders and a couple of burritos n tacos, as i placed the chicken tender order a female called from the back informing the cashier no tenders just nuggets and when i asked how long will it take another female answered 30 min. Seemed to me they want to sell what's already cooked, it was 9:35 p.m. i just walked out n spent my money somewhere else, Since KFC/TACO BELL ISN'T the only fast food chain in my neighborhood..luckily.

i ordered a taco and guess what they gave me?! they gave me a stale chip with dog food in it, not to mention the rude staff who cant hear for shit. If i were the manager there, i would fire all my employees and get people who actually went to college.

These guys really suck all around. Customer service , drive thru, management, staff and most of all , the food .
I went last night and was last in line just after work, and wanted a quick cheap fix before getting to bed. I was going to order a simple bean burrito and a soft taco....simple, cheap, and shouldn't be a problem since they have it ready to go easily in a container, and don't even have to cook or make anything....besides , they're gonna throw it all away at the end of the night , right?!
Well, after waiting 10 min in line after two other cars in the drive thru, they cut off the store lights and menu when I finally pulled up!
Last time I will ever go to any taco bell /kfc
