customer service stinks

I ordered 5 regular double decker tacos. I got 5 Supreme double decker tacos and the manager insisted on arguing that i ordered 5 supreme double decker tacos. My family hates sour cream!!!!!!!!!!!! Why would i order that!?!? The regular ones come without sour cream! Plus, only two employees speak English.
