Taco Bell, Tucson, Arizona Restaurant Details

Food:

Never seen a staff deal with a probably drunk or just plain disrespectful person so well, the current staff right now was performing well to fulfil her needs. Im not sure why this person in the drive thru was so upset but she didnt seem to care about the 3 other people waiting behind her. Some people need to relax you cant talk to working people the way she was. Have respect for other people

I go to Taco Bell far too often. My nearest Taco Bell is 20 minutes away and it's the one at Golf Links & Harrison. However, that store pretty consistently has provided pretty poor quality items and not-so-awesome accuracy. So, I started trying out this store at Broadway & Camino Seco. The quality and accuracy was superior enough that I habitually drive the extra 5+ minutes to go to this location instead of my closest one. After at least 15+ visits during a variety of days/times, they have yet to mess up my order. Additionally, they've provided quality of items SUBSTANTIALLY better than the other location.
So, maybe try going to the other location a few times and you'll appreciate this one far more. :]

Not the best. literally every time I go there something that I paid for is left out of the order :(

Most of the cashiers/food-line workers are pretty great, management however should be fired. I've witnessed harassment (customer harassing the workers) that has driven employees to tears/put them in emotional distress, and management does nothing to help/fix the problem.

The night staff does NOT know how to read or take proper order. EVERY time we go there, we order a grilled stuff burrito and EVERYTIME we get something else. Never going here again, Im tired of driving back and forth to get the correct order.
