Terrible customer service. Started with messing up my order in the drive through. I went in gave them the food and the receipt they took it back and five mins later came back with the wrong order again then starting asking me what I ordered all over again he had lost the receipt I told him my order he went back five mins later he gives me the bag and they forgot an item he tried to make it for me I demanded a refund so twenty mins no apology no food for my family the acted inconvenience by me so yeah gota love it

Mark Walden must be a horible manager and the evening / night crew must know that he isnt going to do anything about them not doing there jobs. Takes 20+ minutes just to place your order and 10+ more minutes for them to get your food ready. 30min for fast food and this is every time I go through the drive thru. By the way Dannyel was the person working the drive thru and 2 other complete incompetent individuals. I will be contacting Tacobell Corporation about this location.

We came by and they were out of "small anything and cheddar cheese and shredd chicken" and it took 20 minutes to get to the window to leave. They also said they don't do split orders after 11 which makes no sense since it just means typing it different on the computer.

Watch out for the ugly goth girl with the piercing between her eyes. theres no guessing she has had a hard life already. She will bring down your QUALITY of life IF spoken to and is extremely rude. The sad part is there is a lot of good people out there that need jobs and taco bell loves to hire the 16 year olds that know nothing about the real world. But the real problem would have to be taco bell doesnt train on customer service.. obviously look at the comments for one place. I would suggest not going here the food is eh and the girl that works the window is less then competent.. as for the manger maybe you should tell your employees not to cuss out the customers under their breath too.. just a hint for the "manger" who can post a menu but not speak with their employees about how customer service works.. this place is soooo typical. Welcome to Oklahoma.
