I went to this location when it first opened. I ordered a large amount of food for my 6 person family. When i got home and started to unfold my soft taco deluxe to pour sauce into, i am not kidding a cockroach scurried out! I killed the roach, ziplocked it, and immediately went back. I was looked at with skepticism, even though i made crystal clear i had no interest in getting my money back, or my food replaced. I just wanted them to be aware! I then called the 1-800 on the door as you walk out, and was treated the exact same way! I will NEVER spend another penny at a taco hell!

Never had a bad experience here. The food is always perfect, the employees friendly and the Wifi from the Wendy's next door is in range. hehehe

Only problems I have are the price (everything seems to be expensive these days, though) and getting my sauce. I've found that telling them which sauces you want at the window is the best way to get that which you desire. The order screen tells you to tell them which sauces to add while you order, but they always forget. Just tell them what sauces you want when they hand you your change and you'll get it.
