big open room. If you want to meet some friends and talk over food, this place works well.. no loud music ... you will be able to hear each other in here.

Over 30 minutes for the drive-thru...this is ridiculous. Never never never go to this one...much better to go to the one on Cooper. I have never had this bad of service at a taco Bueno. Not impressed. can't wait to give them my survey results :)

I've been going to this location for 10+ years. Been a repeat customer for a long time -- love their food and their customer service is exceptional! If you need a fast meal out, don't think twice.

Cashier was very rude.
I purchased over $30 worth of burritos and tacos, and she refused to give me some hot sauce. She said that I would only be able to get the little tiny cups in the lobby and to fill up what I needed.
When I got home, the 20 odd cups I had filled up had created a type of Pico de Gallo - Salsa soup on the bottom of my bag, which naturally, got everywhere.

It's a shame, because I really loved their meat. I just wish I was able to fully enjoy it.

This being my third horrible experience, I felt the need to write a review, as it has been happening on a consistent basis.

I'll likely go back with my own containers next time to get fixings because of the rude employees.

Your awful wig. I don't know your name, and I hope I never do. Your sloppy, classless tattoos and dead, uncomprehending expression match your 15 dollar, tangled, obvious glue wig perfectly. I can't believe that you looked me in the eye, laughed and said "they don't come with that" when I asked for the third time for no lettuce or tomatoes on a taco. It's on the picture. I know you can't read, but the picture is Right There for people like you, who can't get it together.
