Taco Bueno, Fort Worth, Texas, Mexican Restaurant Details

Food:

Asked for bacon taco with 2 hot sauces. I recived a discusting sausage taco with no hot sauce. The guy at the window acted like we spit in his cheerios this morning. This Taco Bueno needs new management.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at taco Bueno. . this location for some reason always gets something wrong with your order. Tonight was no exception besides getting order wrong and not putting everything in the bag Had yo go through long line twice and after getting home realize the still left out good. The party burritos were shaped in triangle with maybe a tablespoon of beans and that's was flattened. When I called and spoke with Elsa she said she realized the girl was making them wrong like 2 cars after us. They forgot to give a receipt and I place almost a 40 dollar order. She said if we come up there they would replace the missing item..... Really the entire order needed to be replaced and refunded . Never again

Food:

This store is hit and miss. Tonight stopped in at 10pm. Had the chicken taco platter. The chicken was hard and tasted stale. The rice was dry. The beans just did not taste right. It took them a good 5 min to notice I was standing there. The place is really run down, ripped seats, bare bulbs exposed (and the wrong color) the out side is a mess. Is this place for sale? Good location, good brand just horribly managed never consistant.

Food:

We love Bueno, this one is really nice inside, it doesn't feel like a fast food place. The Staff has always been friendly, this would have to be my sons favorite place (besides McDonalds he is 6) we go here a at least once a week. Love the Fire Roasted hot sauce. I do Wish they would bring back the Chicken Club Burrito.
Not sure how the one reviewer could say how running out of food reflects on poor management and training. I worked in food Service for 15 years and yes you can run out of food if you have a heavy day it happen No reason to down the people that work there That's like blaming the waitress/waiter for a cook messing up your food. They didn't prep it don't take it out on them.

I got by here at 10 o'clock at night to get my pregnant girlfriend some food because she is a Bueno head and loves their bean burritos. I get told they are out of beans. They have some dropped but it will take some time. The excuse was they "got hit hard today". That means someone did a poor job of supervising the staff today along with the orders. This reflects poorly on management and sounds like the staff needs training and learn how to order and plan properly.
