asked for two taquitos and some cinnamon chips but refused to charge me for cinnamon chips or even give me some because they had to make them fresh. isn't that their job?

This is the worst Taco Bueno I have ever been to. The girl on the drive thru window was rude and she didn't even complete my order. Luckily I didn't get charged for the items they forgot. The chips are stale, the guacamole is brown and the cheese is cold. Ruins the Mexidips & Chips. I do not drink anything caffeinated and all of the locations have different drinks. I was trying to find out what they had and I was given a very sharp, "We have Pepsi products." Ok, so what in the hell does Pepsi bottle? I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and they didn't have that either yet it was on the menu. I will never go back to this restaurant. I would rather starve!!!

My daughter and I like Taco Bueno, and it has been a long time since we had eaten at one. This location was close to the church e has attended, so we decided to eat there. It was the worst experience I have had in a restaurant. The restroom was horribly filthy, the counter where you order food was covered with what looked like the remains of sticky drinks that had spilled, they ran behind on every order, and the tables had not been cleaned. It was obvious they were short staffed, but someone needs to come and train then on how to properly run a restaurant and hire enough people to do all the jobs that are necessary. I will not go back to that location again.

The worst by far. And this was my first time here. The drive thru could not get the order right. He was rude when we tried to tell him it was wrong, he was rude and begin to talk and yell over us. The food was cold and not good. I am truly dissapointed in this place and my first time. I will never return.

Terrible location. We have been getting lunch here from time to time for almost 20 years. The last few years has seen this location suffer from quality issues over and over. Just keeps getting worse. Stale shells, bad beans, a pound of bad lettuce when there should be very little and no cheese. I really can't find anything good to say about this location and this comes on the heels of repeatedly giving them another chance.... then another chance.. ect.. Maybe it was just the wrong day to go. Wrong, consistently awful. DO NOT GO
