Food:

This is the slowest, nastiest, stanky, Taco Burno EVER!!! It smells putrid in this location. Water is leaking from the ceiling right over the food prep area. Where is management? Where is corporate? I can't believe this place is still open!! SAD...I LOVE TACP BIENO

Polite enough help, but Wow! Slowest service I've experienced in a long time. The restaurant does have a strange not so pleasant oder, too. I won't be back to this one!

The guy at the register is incredibly rude. Our order was not complicated. He wanted to argue with everything we said. He even said our small order was giving him a headache. He isn't wearing a name tag. Someone needs to come get him under control.

As soon as you walk in you are hit with a nasty smell. The cashier, a Hispanic guy with glasses, was not friendly at all. The food was good enough when you are starving. The tables and floors needed to be cleaned. The salsa bar was messy and the clinantro was bad. We had never had such a bad experience here! We will never go back....

Food:

Not only is the service extremely slow but the entire place smells of sewage and the floors are so filthy I can barely eat my food. This place is in desperate need of new management.
