Taco Bueno, Tulsa, Oklahoma Restaurant Details

Did they just hire the most ghetto north Tulsa people for this nice location by T.U. to piss off the rich kids?
Horrible service, bad food, bad smell by the front door.

At first we thought they were closed early and were sceptical about this location, but we pulled up anyway and were very happy we did! They heard it was our 1 year anniversary and gave us the nicest service and tons of pico and salsa! They were all smiles and made our late night, after work celebration special.

Sometimes the employees here get orders wrong if you have any special requests, also this location can get quite busy. Other than that, this is a decent Bueno location and I still go here often

Literally worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. The managers were disrespectful and told me to call their general manager.
I called the General Manager (Patrice Walker) and she was also to my surprise, very disrespectful. Told me not to call her at this hour again and then hung up on me.

If you can go to ANY other taco bueno I would advise it. The staff here is completely worthless and can't comprehend basic customer service.

Will never return to this location.
