Taco Cabana, Garland, Texas, Mexican Restaurant Details

Food:

Terrible service. I live 2 minutes away from this location but will never go there again. I would rather drive off of 80 and Beltline then to deal with this super slow service. To top it off the they get my order wrong and when I call to let them know they gave me 6 bean tacos instead of 6 fajita tacos the manager ( night managerJose) doesn't even apologize. He doesn't offer to fix the situation at all. He just ask me to bring my reciept. I paid 17.67 for 6 bean tacos.

Food:

Waited over 30 minutes for my order then found out the serving girl gave it to someone else. When the manager heard what happened they immediately reprepared my order, got my money back, and written on a business card that I'm entitled to two free dinners. I then became satisfied.
When I went back for my first free meal, I presented the card and the manager had no idea this was about when the cashier could tell it was clearly his handwriting. And I waited just as long as the first visit for them to ring up a free order. I got my order the manager threw away the card and never went back for my 2nd free meal.

Food:

We made an online order, pick up was scheduled 6:21pm and we got there at 6:20pm but it took them 10 min to move the line just to get to the window and they tell us they haven't even started to make our order. (@@!#*&). So we wait because we already paid online. ..and wait for another 25min. People who showed up after us are getting their food. Their excuse is "sorry but we busy". ... (?????)
We finally get two bags and we checked as well as you can in a car but when we get home we were missing the pico de gallo,salsa, 1/2 of sopapillas, 1/2 of the taquito order and a complete order of brisket tacos.
When we come back to the TC they can't do a thing cause the online is run by a different part of Taco Cabana not associated with the local restaurant. ( ????? ) all they can do is give us coupons....

While we were there trying to get our money back, other people were complaining about their order as well. ... so we will not come back to this place and I suggest you not come here either.

Yes it is Friday night, but I waited 45 minutes on a TO-GO order. On top of that, they got the order wrong. A bunch of the other orders were all wrong too from the people around us. I love taco cabana, but this one is just awful

Probably the worst service and food in this area. Ordered my food and waited 20 minutes to get it. I get home and both enchilada plates didn't have any sauce at all. Never again!!
