Why do your restaurants not have a changing table for babies? Do you not know ppl have babies and their child may need to be changed? I had to change my child at the table bc yal don't have changing tables I am highly dissatisfied

Lisa Garza the new manager, took really good care of me. I go every Friday to get Breakfast Tacos, egg and bacon tacos to be exact, for my Kindergarten daughter. I was running late on this particular Friday and called to make my order of a dozen bacon and egg tacos, because I wouldn't have gotten there before they stopped breakfast. I arrived and my order was ready to go, everything was hot and fresh. I was pleased with the service and I delivered the breakfast tacos to a happy little girl.

I called around 10:45am and asked an employee who answered the phone what time they stop serving breakfast. She replied that since its friday they stop serving at 12pm. So i get myself and my child out to go there to order some breakfast, get to the ordering window and tell them i want the breakfast box, she said they dont have breakfast that they stop serving at 11am. I told her i just called up there and another employee said noon. She kept saying no we have no more breakfast, i dont know who told u that... So i drove off. Wasted my time and gas because the full staff obviously dont know the correct times for breakfast. Very unprofessional. Ill start going to the TC on cooper!

So upset right now, it is Friday and the Lent Season, drive 9 miles to get Shrimp Tacos and arrive at 12:04 and place my order and Shrimp is not ready, coleslaw and pineapple is not ready and they ask me to pull up while it gets ready. So I wait for 15 minutes on my food in a drive thru and arrive back at my office and have cold shrimp tacos w regular pico de gallo not slaw/pineapple, cold black beans and the rice is a mixture of cooked and uncooked rice. I have always loved eating at Taco Cabana but the last 2 visits we have made to this one on Pioneer Pkwy have been so bad. We will never make that mistake again. The place was dirty and all condiments were empty no ice in the machines and attitude when we asked for some. So unprofessional, I may to driver even further but I won't ever waste time here again!

Horrible service! Food was cold. Dirty atmosphere. Extremely slow workers. Went after Cowboys game, very very disappointed Taco Cabana. But I will say the guy named Freddie really seemed to be the only one pulling any weight!
