Not all taco cabanas are created equally... they make their tortillas right there and the staff was very friendly.

I drove thru for 2 cabana bowls and when we opened them the refried beans were watery and flavorless and the chicken fajitas weren't cooked all the way. The whole dish was tasteless and unappetizing. Plus the chicken was raw. I called the store and they said I could take them back and they would replace them. That really upset me because 1. I didn't care to go back right then and 2. We had lost our appetites. I will never eat there again.

Just after midnight and the drive thru is taking well over twenty minutes. The person that's supposed to take your order is lost & inadequate, to say the least.

went to TC's tonight and no gauc or sour cream for my nachos! not very happy!

Ive been going to this location for years and usually have no problems. Recently they messed up my order and i called to complain and was told to bring my receipt and theyd replace my order. Alas, when i came to get the replacement order they got it wrong again this time when i called and complained i was ince again offered a replacement on my order. Only when i came to get my order i was told they werent going to make it because it wasnt in their book and i didnt have a reciept. Call to speak to the general manager and get the same f**k the customer attitude. I see myself ordering my food from somewhere else. Which is sad i was raised on this and i love it when they can manage to get it right.
