We have been to this location several times and have never had a problem until today. The food was good but the employees were beyond unprofessional.
Only one of the employees was actually working and I wanted to tell him I felt sorry for him. There were at least three other female employees hanging out there with # 1 on a very long break ( we were there for an hour and half and she did not move from the seat) and the other getting food and (the manger?) was too busy hitting on them and busy giving them their employee food discount to notice the angry customers. Female employee #1 was on break sitting in the front tables cussing loudly on her cell phone (heard fakah at least 50 times) about her sex life over the past weekend, smoking and giving us stink eye. Female employee #2 had a 2 or 3 year old son running everywhere including behind the counter and in the kitchen area) while she sat there, ate and ignored him. The kid was also throwing his shoes around OVER THE FOOD COUNTER and FOOD while us horrified customers thought twice about taking another bite. Then the manager (guessing since he was wearing the nice polo shirt) proceeded to ignore the annoyed customers and chat up employee #1 and 2 while the one other male employee did all the work.
Tip to owner, let your employees know even if it is a slow Sunday your customers do not want to hear "fakah" this and that and and have the dirty soles of kid shoes thrown over their food.
I regret not getting the managers name today. If I see this crew working again I will pass this place up and head to Wahoos.
