Taco Tico Inc, Wichita, Kansas Restaurant Details

Food:

My GF works at the hospital across the street & the restaurant wouldn't allow her to call in an order for her & her coworkers for me to pickup & deliver. I waited at the drive thru for nearly 10 minutes & was able to see one (1) person working on my order by themselves and they still missed the cinnamon crustos which I ordered & paid for. By the time we found out, the place had closed & wouldn't answer their phone at 2 minutes after closing. so here's the rundown:

1. unable to call in order which meant long wait time
2. understaffed or people were too busy worrying about closing the store instead of the customer.
3. missing food items that were paid for.

Food:

When half the listed ingredients in a taco salad are missing and all there is is a little bean paste, a shell, and a pound of lettuce.
Never again.
