Have gotten quite a few takeout dinners from Taipei in the past and have always had the best chinese food experience. Today I had the worst chinese food experience from Taipei or any chinese restaurant that I've been to. I ordered gen'l tso's chicken,like always, went down to the restaurant to pick up and brought it back to the office. settled down for a good dinner ...but....The chicken was half hard and crunchy and half soft. There was barely any tso's sauce in the bottom of the takeout dish to even cover a couple pieces of chicken. Tasted like I got a reheated batch from the lunchtime. It was not good. At least the egg rolls were good. Too busy at work to take it back to to complain. Just ended up throwing it out. There goes money down the drain

Sushi is consistently very good. Proteins are fresh, rice is properly cooked. They pay attention to detail. They've been my go-to take out for 3 years, and will continue to be.

I love Tai Pei! I've been going there for years and it's been consistently delicious. Great service and great food!

After ordering takeout from Taipei, and spending $70 on a meal for me and my family my order was missing the entirety of the sauces and one entree; after calling the restaurant to complain they just said sorry and refused to refund me any of my money. The food was mediocre at best and the customer service sucked. Go elsewhere if you want quality ethnic food.

The service was great, but the food was terrible and over priced. I ordered a Kao Pao Shrimp, there were only 6,7 shrimps, and the fried rice was not fresh at all.
