Margaritas were delicious (particularly the Agavero and Prickly Pear), carne asada was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL I've never been so tempted to lick my plate. Service was good for a Saturday evening. We were all very impressed with our meals. Will be returning!!!

Gentrification is alive & well at this restaurant. Rude management & wait staff. Nothing but dirty looks and rude tone from hostess & manager. Mexican music isn't welcome at a Mexican restaurant. Who knew modern Mexican food didn't include actual Mexicans?

Drinks were good, although they don't honor happy hour in the dining room. I had the shrimp and crab enchiladas, and they were marginal. Also, beans and rice are extra... Unheard of in Mexican restaurants!!!!

The calamari is amazing! Service was courteous but not as prompt and attentive as we expected. We did go during a busy night. We will definitely come back. The flan was superb.

My reservation was cancelled for no reason; I got an email and I called them back to reinstate it. I hung up the phone and another email came to say my reservation, June 7, 2015 was cancelled. I responded to say I reinstated it over the phone. We go to the restaurant and they said my name was not in their database. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I showed them my reservation that was confirmed before this mess. They accommodated me and my friends by giving us a table anyway. Another customer told me she is having the same problem. I will give that process a minus 3 stars.

The service was friendly, casual :), the waiters attentive and we were seated on the second floor and the breeze from the veranda was nice. We each had tacos. My mahi-mahi taco was good, but not life changing; the Malbec was fine. The price is reasonable. The bread pudding was delicious and so was the banana empanada for dessert. $$ for taco, a glass of Malbec, and 1/3 of dessert. I think I will make a reservation by phone next time or just show up...It is a casual restaurant, a good place to go before catching a show, a few blocks from the Denver Performing Arts Center. This gets a 3+ star.

Buen provecho!
