06/09/2015 12:53 pmWe had our wedding there, and the setup/service/food was absolutely amazing. Best hall for a wedding in Akron by far, and still they still somehow maintain a competitive price. |

02/14/2015 11:34 pmI have been to Tangier numerous times. The table seating is too tight, so I prefer the bar seating, however it is a little more difficult to see the entertainer on stage verywell. Also, their policy is awful for unforeseen circumstances. I recently feel and broke my leg needing surgery. I had the surgery just 3 days prior to the date of the concert tickets I have and I either lose the money or suck it up and attend the concert I bought 4 tickets for over $200 total. They need to re evaluate the policy on no refunds/or exchanges. Especially with the tight seating it really is not handicap ready. I purchased the tickets 2 1/2 months ago so I will be there. I will not throw away that kind of money. But it has taught me a lesson not to purchase tickets so far in advance anymore. Also to rethink my entertainment venues. |

02/09/2015 5:16 pmI love the Tangiers for shows. Only complaint increase ticket price and remove two chairs from table settings. Seating is too tight. |

01/02/2013 1:42 pmWent to a show recently. The band and sound was GREAT. The food and "service" was hilariously BAD. Martini's in tiny plastic cups with no olives for $7. They were "out" of them...at a Mediterranean restaurant. The room was FREEZING they decided to not turn the heat on I guess. Restrooms were cramped and smelled like out houses. The STAFF was nice despite the fact their hands were tied up by shoddy "management". If someone you want to see here comes around go to the show but bring a coat and eat before you get there. They definitely have the best sound in northeast Ohio. |
