I had the worst experience ever. After buying the boneless fried chicken I was driving down Montezuma towards Fairmont . As the road merged into 1 lane I started chocking. After pulling over and sticking my fingers down my throat I vomited up a sharp bone. I informed the company immediately. The next day I meet the manager Tin and showed him the bone and explained to him what happened. All he said is what do I want him to do. I went to the urgent care the next day. They determined that I had a small tear in my throat (nothing life threatening). I left a message for the mgr and have never received even 1 phone call regarding this matter. THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER ME MY MONEY BACK.. SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE .... STAY AWAY...

I ordered a snow ice and it tasted like crushed ice, so I basically paid $5 for ice! I only requested for more syrup, or for my drink to be switched with a hot tea, but she kept repeating like a recorder that it was against store policy, and that they could give me a 50% discount on my next drink. She was not even listening to what I was saying, so I asked to talk to the manager, and she replied that he was busy. I then answered that I would wait. After 20 minutes, I approached the person whom I thought to be the manager, and at this point I requested to be reimbursed. Like a robot, he repeated the same speech as his employee. After insisting for 5 minutes, he accepted to give me an additional shot of syrup. The service was horrible, the staff was unable to think outside the box and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction and fidelity, and the drink was straight water. Why would I accept for a coupon if I had a horrible experience??? I want to add that I was extremely patient and respectful, but that did not help a bit.
Do not waste your hard working money there!

I would never considering coming here unless my friends drag me because it's convenient. I tried this place once and that was it. Food was bad, drinks tasted like water but the service was alright besides how cheap they are with the skewers. I rather drive up to convoy to fulfill my cravings. Worth it!

I usually order the any of the teas with boba and the spicy chicken. Both well prepared and very friendly cashiers; they really make my day sometimes. Does anyone know who that cute cashier girl is from the Friday 11:00 AM shift!? If she's reading this, then, we should go out sometime ;)
