10/09/2011 6:43 amMe and my wife knew we had found are Indian restaurant after our first dinner. The veggie pakora and samosa's are perfect. The prices are also perfect. I asked them if they could make a veggie rap and they are now our favorite things not on the menu! |

04/19/2011 4:42 amThis is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I went to their lunch buffet and the items were almost over and they didn't want to refill them. The veg curry was stale. They prepared tandoori chicken dal curry with left over tandoori chicken. The number of items were very minimal and on top of it some items were over and the rest were stale, spoiled and tasteless. The service was also so bad that its worth mentioning. We had to keep asking them for bowls and plates. They get one bowl, one plate each time we ask them. They might be in the impression that the buffet customers will wind up soom if they can't find the bowls and plates to eat. I highly recommend that you don't go this restaurant. |

12/16/2010 6:18 pmUsed to be my favorite Indian restaurant in Reno. Then after finding hot dogs in my chicken curry, figured it was time to move on. Food lacks enthusiasm. Rather cook Indian at home now. |

09/29/2009 4:58 pmMy husband and I are from Colorado and tried to this place based on other reviews. When we walked in I wanted to leave but my husband won't do this. I ordered wine and the combination grill. There was only house wine which was served not at room temp but extremely warm and tasted awful the server did exchange it for a beer. The lamb and chicken was so dry and over cooked it was crunchy with no flavor the spice on it was good. The shrimp had decent flavor but only two of those on the plate. The lamb chunks had a red die coating on the outside like it was fake not sure what that was have never seen it before. My husband ordered Lamb Vindaloo he said it was fine and the rice portion could of fed 4 people. I can't imagine that some of these people ate at the place we did. The server constantly hovered the table and had no other customers, which should have been the first clue. |

06/14/2009 4:35 amI've been there many times in the past, but tonight was just horrible. They were rude and teasing my 2 year old son. All their high chairs were broken in some way. We ordered chicken tikka(among other things, which was ok) and it was yellow. It tasted like mustard. I paid $10 for a chicken breast dipped in mustard with some seasoning sprinkling on it. When I asked about the chicken they proceeded to make fun of me in their language. I was very disappointed and will not go back. |
