I had a problem but they solved it and i'm happy about it..
i asked for plastic with silver foil.. i got with silver inkt that was something i didn't want or even could choose as a option.
We talk about the problem.. I got the right cards now and i'm very happy how they solved this problem good job!

Gosh! Such a frustrating experience working with Taste of Ink. I have placed (3) printing orders with them lately. All of them have been a mess! We have had to follow-up with them on proofs, orders that were shipped late and incomplete. I have never had such a poor customer service experience. I would go somewhere else before you invest any money with this company!

Taste of ink is run by a bunch of incompetent kids, who can neither answer simple questions about their printing process nor respond in a timely manner. Dont take my word of it though, you can see how irresponsible they are simply by going to the checkout counter on their site and entering in some fake information, and the reason i say to enter fake information is because THEY DO NOT USE ENCRYPTION, as is evident by the lack of SSL certificates (the pad-lock icon), so as your sensitive financial information travels from your PC to their stylish apple computers, it can be read by anyone.

Of course pointing this out to them will only get you a few dumbfounded giggles from the gaggle of ditzy bimbos you'll encounter on your way to determining who, if anyone, actually runs the place.
