Shop on dublin took over and hour to deliver 1mile down the road. Refused a refund when asked for because "our system shows only 55min and it has to be over an hour". Well my phone shows 75min lol

Poor customer service. I called to put in an order for myself and several other co workers they said I could not use there debit cards even with ID. I then tried to order it for delivery they said they could only take two debit cards per business. Myself and my coworkers will never order from here again. They just lost out on over $100.00 worth of orders from my company. I have gone to many different restaurants in the area and have never had an issue. There loss.

We have eaten here twice in the last 5 days!!! N. Academy Blvd we picked up the Philly pepper steaks and they were awesome. 2nd time we had delivery from the Dublin St. location and IT WAS STILL AWESOME!! Onion rings are awful! Otherwise, you have got to try this place. Definitely will be back.

At "taste of philly" the customer is ALWAYS WRONG!

Taste of Philly recently delivered an order of 4 subs to our business, 3 of which were incorrect.
When our employee who placed the order called back and explained the situation they started arguing with her instead of fixing our order. I was handed the phone by an almost crying employee and tried to find out what was going on. On the other end I was treated to a rude lady who merely told me that they had written down the order correctly and it was our fault.

I have never actually had this type of experience at a business who wants customers...crazy that you would treat people so badly at your place of business.
