The owner needs to realize that with employees you get what you pay for. The place looks more like a dispensary than a restaurant. The food is edible but bland and tasteless. The meat isnt even seasoned even just a little salt and pepper would be nice. The people were nice but overly concerned with hanging out. This place has potential but a change in staff primarily management is the only hope.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Where do I begin? I ordered large subs that said 12inches on the menu. I received two 10inch subs which they don't even sell (choices are 8inch and 12inch). My mushroom cheesesteak had no mushrooms or cheese like I ordered. The manager gave me some bs story about how the place they get their rolls from sometimes come in an inch shorter but if that is the case don't advertise a 12inch sub. If this rarely happens as you claim, I guess I must have been special to get TWO 10inch subs, right? You must think your customers are stupid. He also claims you get the same amount of meat and vegetables anyway. Then all he said was what did I want him to do about it? NOTHING at this point because you are pushing 10inch subs as 12 inch subs. Anyway DO NOT ORDER HERE. Not a good first impression, I will never order here again, and I will be reporting this place and it should be considered fraud.

I ordered a Cheesesteak Salad and was glad to read that the description online was that it was Romaine Lettuce. When I received the salad it looked and tasted delicious, however it was definitely iceberg lettuce. I know it's not a huge deal, but some people can really get disappointed if they are expecting one thing, and receive the same quality of lettuce they could get at Wendy's. I hate to say it, but false advertising can be very frustrating.

A big fan of the downtown location, so when i seen one in the neighborhood we had to try it. We pulled up some dude was out front smokein lookin like he jus came from the pool. We ordered to go cuz the ole lady was at home ol dude that waa smokin came bacc and hoped right on the grill
she wanted the teriyaki chiccen salad i got a work philly and the kid got a grilled cheses. We get home and realize the salad not even in the bag. We go bacc get the salad jus plan half a chiccen breast so instead of making the chiccn the right way they jus give me a side of the marinade. We get bacc home and no salad dressing. And tha sandwich was kinda skimmpy and by the time i got to eat it fucca was cold. The wifey jus sat there and watched us eat our sandwiches cuz teriyaki marinade doesnt make a good salad dressing and had to toss it

Not good! The meat had a lot of fat and had absolutely no taste at all. The bread was soggy and the price... Good Lord.... They rob you! Almost $15 for one sandwich that was not worth $1.50. I threw it in the trash. This was my first and last time ordering from them. Pat's is much better!
