Completely empty restaurant and it took over 30minutes to get 2 small sandwiches out!
The manager was no help! Not worth the drive or the price!

MARTIN IS THE WORST MANAGER EVER....THE LAKEWOOD STORE HAS NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL....I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER(MARTIN) ....I TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED WITH HIS EMPLOYEE HE LAUGHED AND SAID WHAT U WANT ME TO DO...BRO!! THEN I STATED IM FROM ST. LOUIS AND THE GUY SAID WHAT ARE YOU DOIN IN COLORADO....SHOULDNT YOU BE IN FERGUSON...AND LAUGHED.....THEN THE THREAT...."YOU DO REALIZE WE HAVE YOUR ADDRESS"....ILL BE WAITIN...U DONT SCARE ME....IM READY......

I was there on new years eve, and after my order they ran out of fries. No biggie right? Went there again a week or so later.they rang us out, no big deal. THEN they tell us they ran out of fries AND cheese wiz. They attempted to give us a refund for the fries, and change our cheese. This should have been an easy fix, but the manager had to come out. He was flustered and angry at my request, and says to me, "now what am I supposed to do here?" He then reprimands the employee (who was nothing but nice the whole time) then finally figures it out with full on anger. I see why they have a help wanted sign now. We will not be returning, and if you want cheesesteak, don't go here..they'll be out of the stuff required. It's like a pizza place running out of sauce!

HOWEVER,the food is tasty, and if you're willing to gamble on a good or bad experience..go for it.

Look guys I used to be behind the counter of this one. The owner treats certain people greatly and then others like they have disease, as far as customers Martin the owner likes to bring on a" customer friendly" environment but he lets his management talk down and belittle the other employees as they laugh. I've never had a more stressful work environment. Down with Martin

I haven't been in since July 2014 but I can tell you that I love their pepper sandwich. I also think their fries are some of the best you can get in the Denver area. I've never been to Philly but this place makes me want to go. It is not a fancy sit down joint but is a good place to sit and watch a game while eating.
