I must say, the atmosphere and decor was very nice. I was a bit disappointed when they did not serve Sangria - especially since this is an Italian restaurant. My experience with the server was not pleasing ... each time I asked a question about replacing a vegetable; she had to bring the Manager over. I wasn't trying to complicate matters. I just had a simple question. Once my food arrived, I requested more pesto sauce because it was very dry. Again, the manager comes over to tell me the pesto sauce is a specialty and only made when a dish is prepared. Seriously, how hard is it to make pesto sauce? Is it impossible, to whip up some sauce? Now, I'm not a hard person to please, however I do feel the customer service was lacking. After my request for more sauce, my waitress never came back to my table to refill my glass or ask me if I needed anything else. I have been to many of the restaurants in Raleigh, Durham and Cary area ... and this is the first time I have ever experienced this. I do have to admit, the food was tasty and I would definitely give this another go but this time I will make my selection simple and ask no questions.

Arrived at 8:45pm one evening and were told that the kitchen closed down at 8pm. The website says Dinner 5-10pm Mon - Thurs yet for some reason the kitchen was closed 2 hours early.

Service was good, atmosphere was decent, but food was terrible. I cant imagine this place staying in business due to the food quality.

This was our first and last experience at this restaurant. We decided to try it out since it was close to Crabtree and we didn't want to eat at the mall. After getting our food I noticed a baby roach crawling on the wall right next to my daughter. As soon as I pointed that out to her I noticed a full sized one right next to me on the wall (we were seated at a table for 2 pushed right up against the wall). After jumping up and getting the waitress's attention I noticed another one right on the table next to my plate. The waitress quickly picked up our food and moved it to the table across from us, while another waitress killed the roaches on our table. They joked about leaving the door open today because of the warm weather and also mentioned they sprayed and that brings the roaches out. I was surprised that no manager came by to introduce themselves and apologize or anything. We ate some of our food, but neither one of us really felt like eating after that and did not finish our meals. The waitress then came by and offered us each a free dessert because of what happened, but we declined. I assumed she would take something off our bill instead, but she did not. That would have been the very least a good restaurant would have done. We paid the bill and again no one even apologized. We walked out and even the hostess at the desk was not paying attention and didn't say anything as we left. This was not a cheap restaurant and no one seemed to really care very much about what happened. I urge you NOT TO EAT HERE.
