I love the teas and the staff were really helpful and patient. I drive 75 miles to this teavana about once a month, and it's worth it.

Absolutely love their teas. Had them mix up a special blend that was awesome. It is pricey tea but great.

I really have mixed feelings about Teavana. First, the sample teas that they have to taste are to die for ... the catch, you can't just buy that tea as it is a mix of two different teas in which you must buy at least 2oz minimum of each (10.00x2). Add to that you the disclaimer that it wont taste the same unless you buy their special sugar too.

The sales lady was nice but a big upseller and a bit condescending while trying to upsell. I don't think I will go back.

I love this place. Every time I come to the mall I have to stop by to get a great cup of tea. The workers here are very helpful when it comes to suggesting tea or products. If I lived closer I would be here every day. If you haven't been here yet you need to stop by.

I had an absolutely fabulous experience in Teavana with Justin and Erinn. They were truly wonderful. I had received a gift of loose tea and had NO CLUE what to do with it! I went in an explained that I liked tea, but didn't really know much about it. Erinn walked me through a ton of products and was really knowledgable and understanding that I was trying to get an idea of what the store was really about. They pulled out dozens of teas for me to smell and had some samples ready for my friend and me to try. Justin chimed in on how awesome some of the teas were. The two were just really excited about their job and seemed to really love it. It made a huge impression on me and I will shop here for tea from now on.

The products, to me, seemed really fantastic. I'm sure they are a little pricey, but it's Crabtree AND high quality teas (this is coming from someone who knows next to nothing about tea). Sometimes, for me, it's worth splurging to get to meet awesome people and have nice things. I didn't feel out of place or as though I should know about teas once they started talking. The staff was just super friendly and knowledgeable and I can't think of ANYTHING that would've made my experience better.
