Teddy's Pizza, Raleigh, North Carolina Restaurant Details

Food:

Pretty ordinary pizza, nothing special. Though, the prices were very reasonable. Definitely not an eat-in place as there's just a few cramped booth and they charge for soda refills (sorry-- a pet peeve of mine). Would go back for decent affordable take-out pizza if in the area, but definitely would not seek out.

Ive only ordered sandwiches from here so I really can't comment on anything other than that. But the 4 Thursdays in a row I have eaten here it has been very good and the prices can't be beat. The guy that takes the order and Teddy himself have always been very friendly too. I get the Turkey sub or the Steak and Cheese.

I was very eager to try this restaurant after many great praise from some friends. I had had a flyer deliverer to my apartment door and thought id try it out. After calling and giving them my address, the guy on the other end proceeded to tell me that the building in with i live does not exist. He then began to state that since he had been delivering over in my area since 2010, that he know with great certainty that i do not live in building 2120, and kept asking me to check my address again because i had made a mistake . I was very shocked and just hung up. If maybe you had offered to look up my address, it would be a different story. They were rude and didn't even bother to try. I will not be going there ever, what a waste of service for a highly praised restaurant.

Food:

I was supremely disappointed in the pizza I got from Teddy's Pizza and Pasta. The Pizza showed up an hour after I placed the order and was freezing cold when it arrived. Even after it was heated the pizza was just bland. The crust was rubbery, the sauce was unexciting and the toppings tasted like they were from a can. Save your money and your time and order your pizza from somewhere else.

Ordered from this place two times. The prices are rather cheap for a pizza joint and I will respect that. The delivery service is not too bad. I cannot say anything else much more positive.

Unfortunately, the ingredients they use in their food are definitely not superior in quality to the other pizza joints around the area. The pizza we had last night was very bland and almost tasteless (like plastic). The pizza crust, sauce, sausage, pepperoni, and especially the cheese was awful and the lowest quality I have ever had in a while from any pizza restaurant.

I hate to be too harsh and critical but I would rather order from Little Caesars before I order from here again. If you do decide to order from here try one of the sandwiches as a safe bet.
