STORE CLOSED - I'm not giving the restaraunt bad marks, I'm giving the website bad marks. Love the food but if your going to close up one of your stores say so on your website. We'd rather not fight the traffic if we don't have to.

Love this place! The buffalo burgers are so delicious and they are much healthier than a regular burger. And yes, I know, still not healthy. I always get mine with the onion rings too.

You can either sit at the bar or in a booth. The booths are great because they are high walls and private.

I wish I could give a better rating because I've been to other locations and know what it *could* be.

My husband and I met friends there whom we hadn't seen in years. The place was empty, but the service was...just meh. The server was nice enough, but not really a great server when it came to attention to details. For example, my friends' 8-year-old son was at the table and the server never even suggested the child's menu. We had to ask for it. That's just common server sense.

Then, we found out that they were out of some very basic items. For example, no prime rib. No baked potatoes. No sweet potatoes. Really? No baked or sweet potatoes? When the manager came over to pseudo-apologize about the tough day they they had (this was 7 pm), my husband basically said, "well, what about OUR expectations?" It was as if he didn't really care and was only going through the motions. "We'll try to make it up to you," was his response. We didn't want him to "make it up to us." We just wanted a good meal.

We all ended up eating burgers. I ordered mine medium. I should have ordered it rare. Maybe I would have gotten medium then. It was SUPER well done (cooked through, dry, and disappointing.) The "roasted" asparagus was more like microwaved and tough. Not very good.

When I want a burger, I go to a burger joint. I won't be going back to this location again. This is why I dislike chains -- you don't always know what you're going to get. I'm not sorry to say I won't be back.

The best thing is the burgers and the pickles. Every time I come here I ask for a lot of free pickles. They are so fresh and crisp. The inside of the restaurant is very welcoming and reminds me of being on a ranch for some reason. It's fun for groups and friends.

My wife and I went for dinner and loved it. We were seated quickly and our server was wonderful. She made the experience fun and provided the right balance of checking on if we needed anything with not hovering around the table. I had the Big Sky Salad with chicken and my wife had the Bison Burger appetizer. Both were wonderful and the fresh cut french fries are some of the best anywhere.
