They keep it cold in there so bring a hoodie; but the paper straws, golden sweet tea, and amazing burgers, as well as above-average to excellent service make it a great place to get a good sit-down meal in a comfortable, fancy Western-style atmosphere.

Waited 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. We put in our order with one server and then a different server came and took our order. Neither server put our dinner order in for another 10 minutes. Our appetizers were the bison nachos and trout dip. Both tasted like leftover Taco Bell with stale chips. I cancelled the rest of our order. I couldn't take another bite. They insisted we take the rest to go and would pay for our order. I felt so awkward. So we took our dinners to the car. I am so glad we didn't have to pay. The salmon and bison filet we ordered were small and dryed out and our side orders were wrong. Terrible. Never going back here.

We do a girlfriends birthday every month and guess where we go?

Yep, we all love Ted's. The food is so clean and fresh. You feel good when you are there and know you have eaten quality good food.

And the birthday girl gets ice cream and cookies!

The food is excellent. I don't know what they put on their burgers, but they are extremely flavorful and juicy. Loved, loved the food!

The burgers were bland. Even the bacon on the burger was somewhat tasteless. The fries on all plates were cool and overcooked. The same for our appetizers. We were not asked how we wanted our burgers prepared. After asking for medium all were well done. Our server had a pleasent attitude, but we were not attended to well. Our glasses were empty more than full. When the manager came to check on our meal her response to us saying that it was fair was oh. I'm sorry. I would not come back to the Nashville West End location.
