I've visited Temptations club to party on several occasions.I complained on the 2nd & 3rd visit there to the bar maid and owner regarding the cleanliness of the ladies bathrooms. I assumed they may not have known; and would want to correct immediately.To my surprise my complaint was ignored by both, and they owner told me it wasn't a problem, that may I should go somewhere else. I haven't been back to Temptations since, and that's been approx. 3 years.

Additionally, the drinks are too expensive, the bathroom have some the oldest furnishings - not even a table for ladies to put purse while using mirror or sink. Bathroom is incredible small with one full-wall mirror women have to wait in line to view themselves. Trash can always full with trash on floors once the evening gets started; need to invest in hiring someone to maintain the bath rooms during club and/or event hours.

It is beyond me why women don't have a problem with using a nasty, dirty bathroom. Sometime bathrooms are without toilet paper. Yes.... no toilet paper.

Bottom line is they need spend some of that profit and reinvest back into this building.

I have been here a few time and the service and atmosphere have been outstanding!

I just recently had a birthday party at this facility and overall I as well as my guest enjoyed it.
The pros were: nice space and great music thanks to the DJ selected for the event.

The cons were: two of my guests who walked in behind me got to the table to pay the entrance fee were told to go to another door on the other side of the facility which was away from my table (this made absolutely no sense as they were literally right behind me and already inside the building; I missed this as I was carrying a cake to provide my guests so after I checked in I walked directly to my table). The wait some of my guests had to get into the venue was extremely long. Some waited upwards of an hour to get in while others turned around and left. The drink prices are ridiculously high especially for a facility that's not located in Center City Philadelphia. I was happy that my guests enjoyed themselves but I can say that I will not be returning to this venue.

We recently attended a mutual Friend Wedding in June 2013. The Wedding was Beautiful and the "Blue Room" was very spacious. The decoration was Lovely for the Bride and Groom and the Wedding party was absolutely Beautiful. Unfortunately, I will complain about the Caterer and Staff. They provided plates to the Staff of Temptation including the Owner before the Bride, Groom, Bridal Party and Guests received their Food. Therefore, there was not enough food for a second order. I'm sure the Bride and Groom paid for a Cocktail Hour but the items was came late and it was not enough for a Cocktail Hour (few Fruits and little Cheese). The Caterer Staff was very unprofessional with a Terrible attitude. Uncertain if the Bride and Groom was aware that their Food fed the Caterer, Owner and Staff before they arrived but they should have gotten some of their Money back because the Food was Cold and eaten before they arrived to begin their Wedding! That's sad.
