Food:

Not many choices if you're looking for vegetarian / vegan, doesn't do the namesake any justice. Lacks creativity with salads. Nice location and nice enough staff. Very limited beer/wine selections.

food here was delicious! First you walk in and choose your protein and then decide how you want it, in a plate, sandwich, salad, etc. (The options are already there for you don't stress!) you choose a side salad and a drink. They prorate it right there sort of like subway/Chipotle. For those of you 21+ they have wines that go with your meal don't hesitate to order some!

Food:

Fresh and full of flavor. My go to order is the flank steak on a hot plate (potatoes) and substitute the simple salad with grilled vegetables (a must!). A complete meal that is delicious, savory and at the end of the meal i feel good and don't feel like i am about to explode.

I was very recently introduced to this place. The food is so fresh and delicious. My favorite has to be the mashed potatoes and steak here. So basic, yet so good. The service is fast, friendly and the prices are great for the food that you are eating. It has indoor and outdoor seating and the place is just fantastic for hearty food!

Tender Greens setup a great spot in Liberty Station with a nice outside patio to take advantage of the weather (and the occasional plane take-off). As long as you don't mind the cafeteria-style starting line you'll end up with really healthy, tasty food. And a cookie or two unless you have great self control. We hit this place regularly.

"Fresh, local ingredients" go into the healthy salads, sandwiches and "perfect cookies" at this "popular" "casual" chain dotted around Southern California featuring prices in line with the "quality"; it's "always busy at lunch" with long lines, but friendly staffers work like a well-oiled machine so "it always moves quickly."
