They are providing great baked goods, even gluten free; and changing it up every few months with new foods and coffee ideas. Best cup of coffee in Phoenix.

The place is very friendly and the coffee is always hot and most of all, perhaps is the only few places in Phoenix that I have found Real strong dark coffee. I do not like those water washed coffees taste, which is not what one should be done. Their upbeat customers, fits my way of thinking and their food is also good. One can just be there surfing the web with free WIFI and have good time with friends!

I'm writing in reference to the review left by David. I found this place to be very quaint. The coffee is good and the foods scrumptious. I met the owner and liked her very much. It says a lot when the owner is around greeting customers. Out of 3 months, David had a single bad experience... maybe that individual was having an off day. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt because I find it hard to believe that the friendly staff would treat someone like that.
Anyone who needs to study or do work, this place is ideal because it's nice and quiet.

The absolute rudest lady i have ever encountered works here. i work in a local office and purchase coffee about every other morning and a soda or two throughout the week in the afternoons. i have eaten here occasionally as well. the service to date was always pleasant and even when i didnt purchase much i always tipped bc they were so nice typically.
now recently this woman has been more than unpleasant and finally went so far as to lose my business and that of my office and friends for good. on this day i had a cup from another establishment with me and was on my computer there wasting a few minutes checking email before work, she rudely stormed up to me and asked sarcastically if my cup was from somewhere else i said yes she then went off on me about paying customers only and i could at least pay them $1 or $2 for using the wifi. after letting here finish and feeling belittled in front of other customers, i walked over put another 2 dollars in the tip jar ( i just bought a carrot cake for bfast so i was a paying customer) then gathered my things and walked out bc they no longer deserve the business of honest paying customers. i had been going there routinely for 3 months straight. worst coffee shop experience of my life and i will be sharing with everyone i know
