Our family eats here quite often and we've always had great service and the food is always good.

Food:

The food here is on par with McDonalds only it costs 10x as much. I ordered a ribeye rare and it was tough as shoe leather and tasted like what I would imagine an old shoe would taste like. Baked potatoe was ice cold and the beer was room temperature at best. I've tried to give this place a chance on multiple occassions and it all ends the same. Bad food, bad service and an astronomical check for the priveledge of eating garbage.

Took my Mom there for lunch. We were seated at a booth for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Finally got up and walked out. Will not go back.

Food was average at best. My steak was ordered medium rare, and it came out completely cold in the middle as if it had just come from a refrigerator. I could tell it was an old piece of meat by its texture and appearance. There was so much fat on it that I could barely cut it. The shrimp with my meal was cooked properly, but tasted so strongly of salt that I couldn't give any further review. The mixed veggies were mushy and cold. I've eaten here several times and it progeasively gets worse every time. Only came this time because it seem busy and I was hungry

Found this place off of 77 at Four Points during a trip up to RR. Ordered a couple of steaks and even though they came out in the time period said, they were lukewarm. The veggies were lame as well, bland and were more than likely canned. The waitress however was superb.

Decided to give it another chance about a week later on another trip and regretted it. Out of our party, the chicken fried steak ordered was way to salty, the shrimp was bland and tasted farm raised. A steak ordered made one of us queeze later that evening and the steak I ate somewhat upset my stomach as well. However, again, the waiter was exceptional.

From what I read about David Velez's review, I would caution others.
