Food:

Love the catfish! Good food, good service. We used to frequent Outback, but they have lowered their standards and really serve poor quality food.

Food:

The food, fried pickles, and rolls with butter are good, but the service is a hit and miss. I also feel like the hostesses could use more training in customer service. They are VERY friendly to male patrons, engage them with big smiles, maintain eye contact when speaking to them, and answer any and all questions they may have, and wish them all good days on their way out of the restaurant, but tend to ignore women who try to speak to them, would rather look the the podium while answering questions with a straight face, and very rarely tell other females to "Have a great day" on their way out of the restaurant. I'm sure it has a lot to do with their young age and immaturity, but it should still be addressed and corrected.

I have been here a couple of times and have had good food and good service. Tonight was the exact opposite, and frankly why I will never go back to another Texas Roadhouse as a result. They seemed to have a lot of issues getting orders correct the entire time (including the manager). Medium-rare Ribeye came out as nearly well done on two of the orders we had. We sent them back and they brought out two more, which were at what would be considered medium rare, except they were extremely tough and had little flavor. Between the server, the cook and the manager, I left extremely unhappy, hungry and will not go back again. We sent them back and promptly left, as I only support businesses that can cook and serve their customers to my standards.

Completely amazing! If there was anyway to say it better I would! Amazing food and even better customer service. Our waitress Julie, best waitress we have ever had anywhere. A completely bad ass place to eat. We will definitely be back!

Best place for a steak yummy cooked just right and seasoned to perfection the staff(most of them are pretty nice)
