good food. I had ribs and they were great. I did eat at the Lincoln location. for the reviewer who can't wait for the one in Grand Island to open, you will be joyed to know the one in Grand Island is now open. I have always had good steaks in Lincoln location, I know. service is good, especially to note: they seem to be able to serve me as a solo visitor. they know the right silver ware to eat a steak with, too. and that is what I always get. I E: steak knife and fork now the ribs and steaks have always been tender, but one will need a steak knife for any steak or ribs unless ribs are in a sandwich. these guys take care of me.

I have been to Texas roadhouse on several occasions and have always had a great visit! great food and great service but last night on Mother's day I was very disappointed in the service and the food. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was well done. There was very little brown sugar on my loaded sweet potato and it took forever to get our food. My son was hungry and ended up eating too many rolls and peanuts to where he wouldn't eat his meal. When asked how was everything. I mentioned my steak and they sent over a manager to ask what I would like done. I kept my steak because I didn't want to wait any longer for another one. She gave it too me free and offered a gift certificate for another one at anther visit. Which was very nice of them but still disappointing for my Mother's day dinner at my favorite place. Then upon leaving. I thought I would receive a carnation since I am a mother and my 4 year old son was with me as I noticed several of them being handed out, even to the young girl across from me who appeared to me to not be old enough to be a mother with no children and was kinda looking forward to a flower. So was very disappointed in my visit.
