Food:

Seriously the best steaks in town. Don't let your friends and family lie to you and say that "kagles is best steaks herp derp" It's just not true. Nothing comes close to these steaks.
Longhorn - fail
Logans - fail
2x nickels - good but way too much $$$
Las Brisas - fail
kragles - HUGE FAIL
My preferred method is 11oz sirloin(med) w/ sauted mushrooms and double loaded mash potatoes.

Food:

The half hour waiting time was not worth the half decent food. I don't know if it was just the day or what, but the steak was subpar and my waiter was a little passive aggressive when me and my friends were joking with him. However, I would probably give it another try later down the road.

Food:

Terrible service. Can't manage front door traffic. No parking. Dude grabs the peanuts with his bare hands and puts them in the bucket. Slow, slow, slow, overcooked. Called ahead and somehow had a longer wait when I got there than what I was told over the phone. Worth a shot. Won't return. The problem is that everyone piles in to eat here so nothing will ever change.

my husband and i went to the texas roadhouse on 1-29-2016 for lunch . we got there at about 11:15 am. when we gave the waitress our credit card to pay she lost it. we had to cancel our card and wait for a new one which takes about 10 days .This was the only credit card we have. we live 65 miles away from lubbock. Manager calls at about 9:00 pm to see if we made it home ok. o and to say he was sorry. huh.

This use to be one of our favorite places. We went there about a month ago and had a bad experience. We ordered medium rare steaks and received well done. We told the waitress and she brought the manager over to check, she agreed they were well done and brought us a new set, the steaks were very thin compared to what we'd had in the past as well. As we cut into new steak for her they were also well done. We didn't have time for the awful cooks to try a 3rd time. It'd be a 1 star review but we have to give it 2 stars for great service our waitress provided. Needless to say we found a different steak house that has much better food and service for the same price that we now attend on a regular basis.
