Texas Roadhouse, Reno, Nevada Restaurant Details

Servers seemed bored. One dropped my steak knife on the table in front of me what she was clearing the plate. Splattered me with rice and didn't apologize. All of my food (filet steak,rice, fries) except for the side salad was over salted. The rolls they serve are pretty good though!

Delicious food- great service! So glad we stumbled upon this place!

I'm glad the wait at BJ's brew house was 45 min. and that is how we ended up at Texas Roadhouse. Wait was minimal hostess was great. Carrisa our server was awesome very outgoing and always checking on us. You can see all the staff moving and checking on customers. Great experience and the food delicious.

Every single time my husband and I went to the Texas Road House in Reno, we have had an
excellent meal. Always what we ordered was what we got and buns were seemingly freshly baked.
Every one is friendly and cheerful and that makes for an enjoyable experience.

Food is OK customer service is lacking. The old overweight blonde manager lady on sunday nights should learn not to argue with a customer like she is a teenager. Especially in front of other customers. I have eaten here a few times but, after this experience, I will not be back. I called in an order for takeout. When I arrived after the 15 minutes, I found they didn't submit the order. I was told it would only be 10 minutes. After waiting for about 25 minutes I asked the waitress, "so whats up with this food?" The waitress was polite, she made a mistake, whatever. However the manager heard me and got extremely defensive. She started arguing with me like a child as she was trying to help another costumer. Pretty much the most unprofessional thing I have witnessed. I refused to pay and never did eat the food.
