Terrible employees, terrible food, terrible business.

Wouldn't recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

I'm from Miami, rich in culture and food. I have had some pretty bland food in Arizona. Texas Steakhouse does not disappoint! The sirloin steak was superb! The tater skins delightful and the overall service and atmosphere was beyond. Very sweet staff.

This is the most accommodating restaurant we have ever been too.
The food and service is outstanding.
It really doesn't get any better than this.
Thank you staff and Roadhouse for the great experience!

A wholly unpleasant experience.
1) We were seated in the bar without being given an option (neither of us drink) !
2) Our "server" had a loud voice that sounded like chalk on a blackboard. Not her fault I am sure but not pleasant to listen to as a customer! The hiring manager should be sentenced to listen to her voice for eternity!!
3) We were interrupted without warning several times by a group of employees gathering immediately beside our booth then performing some kind of a clapping shouting ceremony which culminated in a juvenile "shout session" intended to "honor" a birthday. (what happened to a civilized singing of "Happy Birthday)?
4) Food..My "lightly crusted" catfish had a crust that exceed the fish content by 150% both in weight and volume. Not to mention the fact that the material used for the "light" crust could be better used as bonding material for block walls! In fairness, my wife's chicken fried steak was tender and would have been acceptable had the "gravy" not had an after taste of oil that was beyond it's useful life. The taste had no resemblance to the "country gravy" one expects with chicken fried.
In closing, our first visit to this establishment will be our last. Actually it is our bad in that we were warned by several others that the food was less than acceptable but decided to "see for ourselves".
Well, we saw and now will warn others!!
