Great location, so so food, adequate service.

Myself and my boyfriend were here last weekend. This was our first time being here and we traveled from the south side of town. When we got to the restaurant we looked at the menu and asked the waiter what his favorite meal was. He basically said everything was good. Anyway, I ordered the chicken strip meal and my boyfriend ordered the rid and steak meal. We were also waiting on a boing match to start at a friends house so we let the waiter know that. The waiter advised us he would have the food out prompt. My boyfriend asked him to make sure the food was done. When we got the food my order was wrong. I said it was fine because he gave me a steak meal, and who wouldn't want steak over chicken strips. I was a little irritated because when I ordered the waiter specifically asked me what sauce I wanted. So we asked for to go boxes and left. Once we got to the friends house to watch the fight we sat down to eat our steak and it was not done at all. My boyfriend asked for a well done steak. He told the waiter all the way done. I called the restaurant and explained the situation and the manager had a horrible attitude. Then when I told him who our waiter was he straightened up. It was like he knew the waiter was a screw up. In the end we did get gift cards but I don't think we will be going back to this location. Very poor service!

We had a party of 7 and our waitstaff was not very attentive. We kept asking for water refills. They missed one of our orders. We were already done eating by the time they brought out her food. I witnessed a couple seated next to us who did not get waited on and by the time she finally made her way to them, they told her they were leaving. Glad they stuck around at least to let her know. It took forever to get our check (I told her we were on separate checks initially and she had to ask before she gave us our checks). It took even longer to get our change back even after I flagged down the manager. We abruptly left after we finally got our change. We won't back.

Food:

I ordered the salmon with lobster which sounded awesome and really would hit the spot. The salmon was burnt and the lobster so over cooked you could barely chew it. Let the waitress know my disappointment and she informed the manager on duty. He came over to the table and offered another meal or a dessert in addition to taking my meal off of our bill. Very helpful and apologetic. Does not fix the lack of a decent meal to eat while on vacation. My boys loved their burgers and my husbands salmon was good. Left 2 stars do to being very disappointed with my meal.

Food:

Opted to come here on a thursday night because it was walking distance from our hotel. The waiter was very helpful and our food came out fast! It was fantastic, and even the manager stopped by to say hello. The dessert was great and it was a quiet atmosphere. Don't have anything bad to say about our experience here.
