Omg worst service ive ever had at any place I try to sit at the bar do the endless appetizers you cant get service at all even if there not that busy if they are busy expect to be there couple hours I dont put all the blame on the bartenders there under staffed only two ppl making drinks for the hole restaurant so I blame management but one the bartenders a pretty boy retard & the other one is over worked having to take most the orders so save yourself the time and hassle if you eat here get a booth dont ever bother trying to eat at the bar its a mess

I'd like to preface this review by saying that I have previously had good experiences and enjoyed the food at TGIF (Greenwood location) but the other night I went with a friend to the Castleton location and had a pretty bad experience. We sat in the bar, and it was busy, but not crazily so. We just wanted to have a couple of drinks and share a couple of appetizers. It took a long time for the server to take our order, but an even longer time for them to bring our food out. The appetizer trio seemed as though it had sat under a heat lamp for a long time. The boneless buffalo wings were dry and not very hot and the potato wedges dried out completely to the point of burnt around the edges. The cheese sauce for the pretzel sticks was cold and runny. To add insult to injury, once the food came out the server never came back to check on us. My friend sat with an empty cocktail glass for the remainder of the meal and I had to actually go up to the bar to get the check and pay. Maybe it's just the service in the bar that sucks, but it was a terrible experience regardless.

Charged us full price on select apps when we were told it was happy hour and the apps were half off. When i asked why our waiter said "oh, yeah, only certain apps are half price"....WTF. My coworkers beer tasted like comet so we asked if they had cleaned the taps and our waiter said "yeah, on Friday". He still charged us for the soapy beer. THANKS!
