Food:

This place is a joke to say the least. The management doesnt manage or care, my waitor was so rude,even said to me " I have a hundred other things to do" (with an attitude) after HE messed my ticket up AND charged someone elses meal to my card. Manager stood rite there and didnt say a word. Paid $150 bucks that nite for my $40 meal and was not compensated for the inconvenience at all!

ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE WORST POSSIBLE PLACES I HAVE EVER ATE!!!! First off we sit down at table for 15 minutes without someone even coming to the table. Second it took almost 20 minutes for a drink. And for a place saying the have good bartenders is a joke. I order a simple drink and didn't even get it right not just the first time but even a second time. Plus a guy ate the bar was so intoxicated that he even broke a glass and the bartender just laughed! By the time we order food and got back the appetizers potato skins were chewy and hard. To top it all of we didn't get all the food we order. I can go on and on about my horrible visit. But my main reason for writing a review is so hopefully people will avoid this place unless that want a awful experience! !!

was there last night went with some friends they suggested not going because it was in the mall and it would probably charge more for food they were right should have went to the one by the house soon as we walked in the person that sits you down at the table was like have a seat Chelsea will be with you in a minute what he didn't say by the way he did a very nice job was the Chelsea was dealing with a big group and you will probably be ignored 90% of your experience so he came back got our drinks Chelsea walks up can I get you a drink oh you've already got them the sweet tea was horrible I mean come on we're in the south learn how to make sweet tea anyways the guy winded up coming back around and doing her job while he's seatingpeople as well this guy was a beastthey don't have complimentary bread just chips and salsa like at chuys and the waitress literally walk by several times smiling because she was ignoring us worried about the big party of people which was like 6 we were like 3they brought wrong side items out took 5 minutes to get a1 sauce at the end of the meal the waitress was like anything else I can do like she'd done anything up until that point even try to take my friends food while they were in the bathroom so I was like I need a to go box and a manager and at that point she started doing her job she got a to go box in like 10 seconds manager come over and was like what's going on I was like this is the shittiest service I've had in over a year I go out to eat four times a week as well he was like sorry she's been busy with a bigger party I know that's not your problem and I was like yeah you're right it's not my problem but it has been all nightI told him the hostess had been helping us more than our waitress all he did was knock 10 bucks off and then the rude waitress named Chelsea was like the manager discounted your meal like it was okay to treat people like that

Service was When order was placed we asked for extras dressing. Upon delivery of food no extra dressing. Had to wait 30 minutes for dressing. Will not return here. Waitress was rude.

I walked in and sat at the bar and started looking through the menu, the bartender was working with his pants pulled down showing his underwear. No way I'm eating at a place that allows their employees to be that unsanitary. I just left without ordering.
