The spinach dip was nasty. Chips were old and hard. Waited at the bar for 10 min before the 2 bartenders noticed I was there. They looked me dead In the eye and still said nothing. They wasn't even busy. By the time the 3rd bartender got to me, the only excuse she could give me for the neglect and without an apology was" Were going through a shift change." Good customer service is not hard. A Simple HELLO, SOMEONE WILL BE WITH YOU IN A MIN. Would of been fine!!!!

Sat at the bar on a Friday afternoon, about 4pm or so. Restaurant was almost empty except for a large party in the back near the restrooms. Ordered a queso dip and two entrees, along with a beer. Finished the beer, and the glass sat empty for about 10 minutes while the bartender wondered around aimlessly, then finally came around to ask if I needed another one. Keep in mind that we ordered the Queso dip (an appetizer) about 15 mins ago. I finally get another beer, and the queso dip comes out probably 20 mins after we had ordered it, which is ridiculous. We had to be somewhere soon and our food was nowhere in sight. Another couple sat at the bar a few places down and you could tell they were beginning to get annoyed with the lack of service. After my second beer glass sat empty for another 10 mins or so, we finally had enough, flagged down the bartender who was still lost in the weeds- how, I dont know- and told her that we would now have to have our food to go. She tried to blame it on the large party that was in the back of the restaurant, but other than that, the place was friggin' empty- bar included. We should have talked to the manager, but we were late and fed up. Ended up paying over $40 for crappy food and terrible service. We like TGI Fridays, but will never return to this location.

Like other reviews stated the food is great but service is definitely lacking.

The best thing about this TGIF was the group attractive women sitting at the bar. The service was super slow. One person in party order was totally screwed, and then when they went to fix it they still had the order wrong. I had to wait 10 mins for a refill of chips for queso, and after eating we waited 15 mins for the check and finally had to ask for it. I had to ask for a refill on my drink every time. Overall wasn't a good experience.
