If it were possible, I would give this establishment 0 stars. I come from a town much smaller than Durham and we have a local thai place. The waitress I had was not knowledagble at all when I asked her about the menu and inquired about spring rolls. I even described the fact that spring rolls are fried. The waitress told me that at their establishment, these are called basil rolls. Okay, I can believe that I thought. The waitress proceeded to bring my friend and I these two
rolls with a translucent gelatinous wrapping around it dropped our drinks and left. I will clearly tell you, the basil rolls wrapped in an unidentifiable substance and stuffed with basil leaves And another unidentifiable substance were disgusting. I took two bites and that was it. Someone from the kitchen brought my friend and I our entrees. The pad thai was edible but that was it. I would only eat it again if I were starving and nothing else were available to me for consumption. The best part of the pad thai was the bean sprouts. I didn't mind the pad thai as much I minded the waitresses attitude and the fact she was not knowledgable when I asked her and described spring rolls. When she asked why I didn't eat the basil rolls and I explained she immediately got nasty towards me. She hadn't been to our table in 20+ minutes. My friend and I had been out of drinks for 5 minutes. She stood in the corner with the other waitresses, talked to them and texted the rest of the time. The most horrible customer service of my life. When I will be at the university soon, I will make sure to forewarn fellow students of this experience. I wouldnt have taken issue if she hadn't have had such a horrible disposition even after I had described a spring roll in detail, she brought the blobs then got pissed after I explained why I didn't eat it. If she would have just been kind and fixed it with something else or just taken it off the bill, I'd have been okay. Horrible service and horrible food. Really a shame as I was looking forward to having a good thai place for the next 7 years. Complete letdown. Disgusting, never again. Yelped as well.

Not very authentic. Very toned down. Spices were very muted. Felt like I was eating at a large cafeteria.

I recently went there an something has changed, the thai rolls where never much like thai rolls but this time it was as if an accountant made them, the green was just one piece of very tired romaine tip, not even a length, non basil,no cilantro on the side a piece of shrimp, I think so,it was pink but it was the size of my pinky nail and a piece of pork? to small to assay. I've had the shrimp and eggplant many times and it was mildly hot and tasty.....not this time, tasteless. You've lost two customers.
