Food:

My wife and I love this place! We usually get a wrap and an extra soup and split it. Not only does it cut down on cost but also great on a diet! All the ingredients are top notch and the customer service is great. When its not too hot or cold, they have a wonderful outdoor eating area. Just perfect for those relaxing days, eating underneath the trees. I would definitely recommend the buffalo chicken wrap, as it was voted by the New Times as one of the top 100 things to eat in Phoenix.

The food was fairly enjoyable, but they completely screwed up our order. We put in an online order - when we got there (over 30 minutes later) it wasn't ready, they had it mixed up with another order by a similar name. Then after we waited for our order to be prepared they still gave us the other order! I called and explained what happened, the girl I spoke with asked me what I would like to see happen and I said I would like a refund. She said, "well, we'd have to have the debit card it was charged to for that" I said no problem I can come back later on this afternoon. Then she said, "actually, I'm not sure I can do that, can I have a manager call you in about an hour?" I agreed and left her my cell phone number and I never heard another word about it. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK I can make a better wrap at home and ACTUALLY GET MY ORDER RIGHT

I love their wraps, especially the Gringo Star. Yes, they have shrunk the portion size of their fruit salad. The staff is a bit quirky but I have found them to be friendly. I wish they had a soda fountain ... just canned soda and tea. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but I think it's worth it. They also have a nice outside patio.

This is by far one of the best places I have ever eaten at in my entire life. Their wraps are simply amazing. Every week there is a new special wrap, and I have never seen duplicates. Everyone is so nice, amazing atmosphere, service and the food is a great value. I
