Worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. Ruined valentines day dinner! Very rude waitress. She was a disgrace to the industry. Stay away from this place.

Food:

A thoroughly enjoyable establishment with great location downtown. The staff has always been top notch for me and the food is spot on. Prices may be too high for some tourists but so far the food has been worth every dollar. It isn't unusual for someone to walk in wearing shorts and leave when they see a $40+ steak, but that isn't a bad thing sometimes.

Hotel decor makes up for lack luster of rooms. Rooms are average size and getting a suite does not upgrade its presents.If not for art work this hotel is a average place to stay

It was a very nice restaurant, however the food and service were ok at best. I had the NY strip. It was very tough, I struggled trying to cut it. My plate was sliding all over the place, I felt like picking it up with my hands. Maybe I just got the wrong thing.

Lovely hotel and restaurant, the Sunday brunch is a most do. Service can sometimes be spotty.
