Always feel at home. I'm not ashamed of the Gospel, when I visit. The Tuesday Service is exceptional!

I love my church, the word of God is taught and the work they do for not only Brooklyn but the world is so amazing. May God continue to bless BT

I first went to the BT when I was about 5 months sober. I was very skeptical about church and pastors. However my experience at the BT would prove to be quite unique. When I walked into the sanctuary, I felt a peace come over me that I had never experienced before. As I sat in my seat and saw the multiracial faces of the members, I thought to myself, this is God's choir because these are all of God's people...all nationalities and colors mixed together to create a heavenly mosaic. The message that Pastor Cymbala preached that day was, "No matter how big the mess is in your life, God can clean it up." That was just what I needed to hear, because the many years of addiction had taken their toll on my life. Now, almost seven years later, I have come to know the BT as my home... my place of safety and of refuge. In the succeeding years, I have learned so much from Pastor Cymbala and the members. I consider him my 2nd father...for God truly used him to teach me the Word and demonstrate how I could apply it to my life. Today, thanks to God guiding me to the BT...I am a senior psychology student...specializing in substance abuse...and minoring in Christian Counseling. I am grateful for the new life that God has given me and for all of the guidance, love and acceptance I received from Pastor Cymbala's wisdom, the church members and the personal counseling I received from Ingrid. God bless the BT forever.

I'm a member of the most awesome body of Christ. Our pastoral leadership are truly a blessing. The heart of our pastor Cymbala, is focusing on prayer. I adore the compassion & the gratitude, among many things. He's always giving, always blessing others among other things. As you enter the sanctuary the presence of the Holy spirit can be felt. If anyone is reading this that has a broken heart, needs healing, feels lonely, etc. those can be found in Jesus. Nothing else or no one else can fill that spot. I pray you give Jesus a chance to heal you in every way.

Words fail me in describing the wonderful experience I have when visiting the Brooklyn Tabernacle. It's the real deal. Pastor Cymbala is a pastor in the truest sense of the word, with a heart for people - I hear the tenderness and sweetness of the Lord Jesus in his words. He is also transparent and real. The ushers and people on staff emanate love and joy. The church is multi-cultural with no feeling of racial tension. I've never heard such beautiful voices as I've heard in the Brooklyn Tabernacle choir. I love that everyone dresses up in their Sunday best for Jesus. I don't live in NY so I watch the webcasts most weekends and visit the BTC when in NYC on business. If you live anywhere near Brooklyn, you don't want to miss this experience.
