The Staff is extremely attentive to the customer. Sergio was excellent in his services all evening. I mentioned that we were celebrating our 31st Wedding anniversary to the manager. The staff provided table decorations and dessert with a hand written message congratulating us on thirty-one years of marriage.

The food was perfectly prepared an served exactly as we requested.

My Absolute Favorite Calamari!”

The Calamari, and great Bar Service are what keeps me coming back to The Capital Grille year after year.

I have enjoyed dinners here as well, but the Pan-Fried Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers is what I crave, along with the house made potato chips which are a crispy golden brown. Of course, I don't turn down the Stoli Doli, a martini of chilled Stolichnaya vodka infused with fresh pineapple served straight up. Not to have one would just seem wrong somehow.

I think I feel another Capital Grille jones coming on...

Filet mignon and lamb were delicious. What really sets them apart is their amazing wonderful fantastic service!!!!!

Food and Service are excellent. Yes it is expensive, but it is worth every penny.

My server was Joe and also the bartender. I sat at a table but he took very good care of me. he was friendly and professional. I had citrus glazed salmon and one if their steaks. the salmon was soft, pink, and moist just the right way. the citrus glaze was light and crisp. very enjoyable. the steak was 1- 1/4" thick, juicy but not dripping, tender, and very flavorful. high quality food and you get exactly what you pay for here. complimentary vehicle valet will be ready to take care of your car or truck. nothing was missing in a car of obvious valuables. $45 for the steak and $35 for the fish. I WILL RETURN AGAIN.

"Classic" and "classy", these steakhouse chain branches exude an "old-school feel" with "dark wood", "crisp linens" and an "upscale" clientele; "fabulous steaks", "to-die-for sides" and "top-notch wines" match the "fantastic" service, so it's a good fit when "you want to impress others" – and you have the cash to burn.
