The Cheesecake Factory, Mesa, Arizona, American Restaurant Details

Food:

Went here for lunch and ordered a burger since I was having a hard time trying to find something in the 20 page menu. They brought out our food and couldn't believe that my burger was burnt, not just charred, but burnt! Not sure how they even allowed that to leave the kitchen, let alone deliver it to our table. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because they comped my meal and my husband loved his burrito. I may give them another chance... we shall see.

Food:

This is the first time we have been disappointed! It was an epic fail. Our server was nice enough, but couldn't answer any questions about the menu. I order a dish that was supposed to have garlic sautéed chicken and it was flavorless and looked boiled. I actually picked out all the chicken and still ate it because I didn't want to wait another 20+ minutes. The server saw me do this and even took the plate that the pile was on and did nothing. No manager, no discount, no real apology. It will be a long time before we come back to this location if at all.

Food:

Holds a constant spot in my favorite restaurants. Cheesecake factory is so much more than cheesecake. There have some truly amazing food options on the menu. Everything I've ordered has been delicious, and Huge. Portion sizes are easily enough for two adults justifying the fairly high price tags. Try the chicken belagio if your feeling Italian, its awesome.

I went here about 2 weeks ago for the girlfriend's 21st as a last minute open late restaurant option. I wasn't really expecting anything great on the way there, but I really was blown away by the service here. Our server Krystal was friendly and very courteous. I wouldn't be writing this review had it not been for her. The food was delicious, not as expensive as I had anticipated, and Krystal even took the time to have our dessert decorated for my girlfriend's birthday. I will return here again, and would recommend this particular location to anyone looking for an enjoyable late dinner.

Food:

First it was so dark in the place I could not see to order my food. A couple was setting next to my husband and I and they had to move because it was darker over their table. We ask the server what was good on the menu that was spicy. Well the dish the I got was not spicy it was sweet, than I saw the person order a slice of cheese cake it was so big and so we order one to go, well the slice that we took home was half the size of the one the person had at the cheesecake factory. Now the food has alway been very good but that night it was not and the chessecake was very good but price to high for the slice. We will never go back the this Cheesecake Factory., and never at night again, over all we were not happy with the food or the service.
